What we do

The Fund provides four broad categories of support:

• Support to individuals accessing non-NHS services or supports e.g. support for people with dementia to attend day activities.

• Support for community groups providing health and wellbeing-related activities e.g support for a carers group.

• Health-related equipment the NHS cannot fund e.g. community defibrillators.

• Equipment to the GP surgery to help the Practice team to provide a better service e.g. the provision of specialist eye examination equipment.
